Directed by Ram Gopal Verma, the plot revolves around the story of a rebel who rises to the position of a Union minister. Parithala Ravi (Vivek Oberoi) is a Political Goon and is revered by the locals as their Robinhood. Always there to help out the poor, Ravi manages to survive several assassination attempts. However things turn ugly when Ravi is gunned down by a death squad allegedly put together by his arch rival Maddalcheruvu Suri (Surya Shivkumar) who wanted to avenge his familys death. The film also stars Shotgun Shatrughan Sinha as NTR and Radhika Apte as Paritala Sunita. How will the followers and supporters take revenge from Suri and will they succeed in this political fight?
