Synopsis: Directed by Irfan Kamal, Thanks Maa, as the title suggests, is the touching story of a 12 year old slum kid named Municipality. Running away from the reformatory authorities, Municipality stumbles upon a two year old kid abandoned by his mother. As a responsible kid, Municipality takes up the Onus of finding the kids mother and lands up in the jungle of Mumbai. Starring Alok Nath, Raghubir Yadav, Ranvir Shorey and Barry John, Thanks Maa depicts the journey of Municipality not only to find the orphans mother but also finding his own parents. A moving and emotional movie, Thanks Maa is a must watch.
